Through our partnership with Gary Vallen Hospitality Consultants (GVHC), Desert Poker Club now offers casino night events to the public. Whether your casino night is a social event, a fund raiser, or a banquet after-dinner fun night, EVERYBODY LOVES CASINO NIGHTS. And these events are hosted by an EXPERIENCED Nevada casino operator. Locations: We have experience providing casino nights across the state of Arizona. From Tucson to Flagstaff, Scottsdale to the White Mountains, please contact us for all your casino night requests.

Equipment: Our company provides all the chips, tables, funny money, cards, dice, roulette and bingo wheels, raffle tickets, and everything else necessary to make your casino night a successful event. We use real table felts from Las Vegas casinos. No toys or pretend tables; all equipment is real Las Vegas-quality equipment.

We offer the following variety of games:

Craps
Blackjack
Roulette
Tournament style poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, etc.)
Pai Gow poker
Let-It-Ride poker
Bingo and others.

Event Size and Pricing: We host casino night events ranging from a dozen guests to 1,000 guests. We also offer the most competitive pricing in the state of Arizona. How much is it?? We quote each event based upon a sophisticated formula which evaluates who is hosting the event (charitable organizations and return customers receive generous discounts). Each event is custom-priced depending on the number and variety of tables, the number of guests, the venue, etc. But a rough estimate usually prices the event at approximately $20 per guest--please contact us for exact pricing.

Your Responsibility: Aside from inviting the guests, convention delegates, charitable donors, or whoever will be attending the casino night event, there is little else required of the hosting group. Generally, the hosting group is responsible for:

Decorating the room or venue with anything requested beyond the tables, chips, dice, cards, and roulette wheels we provide. In other words, if the hosting group wants crepe paper, banners, table-top decorations, etc., those become their responsibility.
Hosting groups are also responsible for identifying and securing the prizes they may wish to distribute to the casino winners at the end of the evening.

Other Services: We provide several other services in which you may be interested:

Gaming instruction. We have a number of casual training programs designed to teach guests or spouses to play blackjack, craps, roulette, poker, etc. in advance of the evening’s activities. Sometimes when members of the group are in a conference session, we provide this as a spouse break-out activity.
Auctioneering. We are happy to provide end-of-evening closing casino night auction assistance.
Prize procurement. Let us know your budget, and we can secure fun and stimulating prizes to match the theme of your evening's event.
